CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and time exclusively and removes it from availability for other clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of 100% of the deposit. No refunds will be issued. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible to have the deposit applied to a future booking, subject to availability. Why This Policy Is Necessary As a professional makeup artist, each booking requires significant advance preparation, including: Blocking off your date and time, often turning away other clients Purchasing and prepping professional products specific to your service Scheduling travel, setup time, and, when applicable, assistant support Allocating prep and consultation time prior to your appointment Appointments canceled within 48 hours rarely allow enough time to rebook the slot, resulting in lost income and unused preparation costs. This policy ensures fairness, respects the artist’s time and business operations, and allows us to continue providing high-quality, professional services to all clients.
